I found the staff welcomed me warmly upon arrival. They upgraded our room. the room was impeccably clean, cozy, and felt very modern. i particularly loved the expansive city views from our window. It added a sense of magic to our stay.
I noticed a minor delay when i tried to use the netflix app. It took a few attempts to get it working smoothly.

The staff was very helpful, and they did accommodated my early check in. The location is good, shops are within walking distance. I had a good shower. The bus stops is just right outside the hotel.
The parking is very expensive. There were laundry carts left outside the rooms all afternoon and evening, not ideal. This is something that should be better managed. They blocked easy passage in the hallway.

the room had a nice, big rain shower, acceptable.
the staff seemed uninterested when i reported problems with the room. i mentioned the heat and the uncomfortable bed situation, but they were unbothered. i also told them about the smell in the bathroom but got no help.

The staff exhibited such kindness and care. Their assistance during check-out was invaluable. i found the breakfast provided a good variety. the pillows are the best i have ever found in any hotel. They provided a restful night's sleep. the hotel managed a busy concert crowd with excellent efficiency.
the online check-in system presented some difficulties.

The hotel enjoys a favorable placement, with the ease of bus transport to the city center. Buses run quite frequently. nearby, i saw two grocery stores, which provide additional convenience. the area feels safe, so walks were soothing.

The breakfast buffet offered plenty. The staff there worked promptly and with such courtesy. i dined at the restaurant, and the cuisine was indeed very good. the bar staff in reception were so friendly, and i felt comfortable.

The rooms feature cleanliness and spacious design, thus offering a relaxing area. the rainfall shower worked very well. It was easy to operate and delivered a powerful stream. the beds gave me comfort. I slept soundly.

the corridors felt a bit dated. parking at the hotel was quite expensive. i think the location is better if you have a car. it is close to the highway but far from the city center.

Hotel had friendly bar staff. The buss connection to the city centre was great. I also appreciate its walkability when weather cooperates. I value easy transportation and friendly service.
I was very disappointed with the breakfast. The vegetables looked like they were sliced days ago. The fruit also did not seem fresh. I did expect more.
